We had a really amazing stay for a week on vacation.
Everything about this traditional hotel was very good. We ate at a pleasant restaurant with friendly stuff and lovely restaurant. The breakfast had variety of superb food and drinks. The location was marvellous, not very far from Fortezza of Rethymno. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were perfectly fine.

The hotel is a great value for money, offering reasonable prices for a stay in the heart of the old town. Its location on the inside edge of the old town allows for easy exploration down the narrow side streets, just minutes away from the old harbour. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-appointed with basic amenities, and we were fortunate to have a room with a wonderful view of the old town. The comfortable bed and pillows ensured a restful sleep, and the little balcony was a delightful feature. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi bath, a luxurious touch that added an extra level of relaxation to our stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.
All was perfectly fine during our stay.

More attention to the 'little' things (TV not working) would raise it a further notch.
